Maintenance of vibration sieve

1 , vibration sieve sieve must regularly check whether the surface is damaged, if there is need for timely replacement vibrating screen design of damaged , avoid screening unqualified products ,

affecting production.

2 , vibration sieve spring to check whether feeder breaker there is loose , if there is need to use the wrench to tighten the loose , so as to achieve better screening effect .

3, check the vibration sieve sieve frame VU -ring for damage , if there is need for timely repair damage , prevent material leakage and reduce the screening effect .

4, check the motor vibration sieve , at the mouth periodically from the butter butter filling .
