Crusher internally generated percussion sound reasons

crushing plant internally generated percussion reasons:

1 can not be broken material into the inside of the machine;

2 liner loose fasteners, hammer hit the liner;

3 hammers or other parts breakage.

Remedy:

1 parking and clean up the crusher machine chamber.

2 Check the liner fastening and hammer the gap between the liner;

3 Replace the broken pieces.
