principle of vibration for materials screening . We all know about the principle , then we in the actual purchase process should be how to choose their own shaker it ? Here we

simply like to share what I sell shaker as personal experience .
First, we need to know ourselves what is the material Linear vibrating screen , screening materials, physical properties, including : the proportion of granularity and size , material

moisture content and temperature of the material , which are related to our choice of vibration sieve fundamentals ;
Secondly, why we screening , which includes : grading sieve , sieve to remove impurities , filter screening for various purposes such as screening ;
Finally, we choose what 's important to a shaker , including: what we want and production ( generally based on kg / hour to calculate ) , particle size sieving and grading

layers , workplace and machine uptime , there are some incidental factors such temperature, acid , oil, anti-static, or seal and so on.
We just put all these factors are taken into account , then we can get what we need a shaker .
